Grooming salon cancellation policy

If you are unable to attend, you must cancel your appointment a minimum of 24 hours in advance by calling 418-624-0444 within the working hours of the show, either from Monday to Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. or via our page Facebook.

(Note that we do not have an answering machine, but we do have the caller ID. We strongly recommend that you remind us if there is no answer.)

Penalties for cancellation within less than 24 hours:

1st missed appointment: You will receive a verbal warning

2nd missed appointment: 50% of the missed grooming fee will be charged to you during the next grooming

3rd missed appointment: Payment will be requested when booking for all your next appointments.
